Things are coming together…

We’re almost ready to go on our Big Trip.

I’ve taken 6 weeks off work, the plane tickets are booked and the RV is sorted. We’re setting off an a 5 week trip round Nevada and California. Starting at Las Vegas then going round via the Grand Canyon to Yosemite and the national parks of California, up to San Francisco, then down the west coast to Los Angeles. Not the most original, perhaps, but enough to do with kids of 3 and 5!

Hopefully the girls will be OK with the long drives between places. We’re trying to minimise the number of long slogs, but as it’s all a bit ad-hoc, with no schedule as such, we’re free to stop and break if we need to.

Anyway, on with the packing…
